2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, kg99b may request identity verification documents at any time. kg99b reserves the right to suspend or close an account if documents are not provided. Applicable documents may include a national identity card, passport or driving licence.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Multiple accounts held by the same individual or members of the same household are prohibited. If any such accounts are identified, they will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from kg99b are provided subject to specific terms. You are requested to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Before withdrawing the bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the combined bonus and deposit amount must be met (wagering requirement: 15x).

• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.

4.2 VIP Program

The kg99b VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Regularly active players have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers. Weekly cashback rates by tier are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If kg99b determines that a player is abusing bonuses or using the system fraudulently, it reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and winnings and close the account.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

kg99b is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of cheating, hacking or software manipulation.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collaborative cheating).

• Registering an account with false information.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

kg99b may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Account closure at the player's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended period of account inactivity.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no breach of terms has occurred, that balance will be returned. In the event of a breach, the balance may be forfeited.
